Our Story

Pace Up Run Club was founded by Danielle St Louis (everyone knows her as, Dani!). A mom of two, working professional and a lover of social connection and now, running.

Dani, maybe like you, did not come from a fitness focused family, although they maintained a mentally healthy lifestyle and great family/social connections, fitness and movement was not at the top of the priority list.

Dani was introduced to running in her 30’s, a good friend of hers from work asked her to do a half marathon, Dani said yes and the rest is history. Four 10km races, half a dozen 5km races, two half marathons and four full marathons later, she is still loving running and the love is growing. Growing so much she wants the world to share in the love of human movement just as she has over the last 10 years.

Dani is here to share all of her experiences, tips, connections, and community runs to help you find the love too!

Pace-Up WAS just the type of community i was looking for, i was a new runner and they made me feel welcome and they truly just thrived on the joy of bringing new people into the running community, i would recommend this platform to anyone looking to feel safe, supported and comfortable as a new runner.
